The adjustable band for my calf worked out perfect. I don't have large calfs either the shafts is very narrow in the original boot. I was so happy this worked out perfect. Great fit..

Love these boots. They are a little tight in the calf due to the rubber..but extremely comfortable for everyday wear. Highly recommend, especially if you live in a rainy/snowy area :)

I love these Hunter Boots. I wanted the shorter style boot because they are easy to wear with jeans and to throw on quickly when I am running around in the Portland rain.

Hunter Womens Original Tall Gloss Wellington Boots

I love these boots. They are perfect for inclement weather or right after the rain when it's sloppy walking. I wear them when I take our dogs to the dog park, because the surface at the park is particularly sandy and messy. I hose off the boots when I come home and they are ready for our next outing. The boots are sealed perfectly all around the sole, so I don't worry about leaks into the foot part of the boot. The boots are roomy enough for heavier socks, too.

Best rain boots ever. I love these! I read that Hunter does not offer half sizes and that if you needed one to just order a size down. I wear a 7 ½ so I ordered a 7 and they fit great. The leg of the boot isn't too wide and I wonder if I'll be able to fit anything but a skinny jean in them, but they look super cute with leggings or a skirt and tights. And so comfy! I've found myself putting these on instead of slippers or something to clean the house. Love `em. Get `em.
